For International Women’s Day 2016, Oxfam Policy & Practice is hosting a joint twitter debate with the Gender & Development Journal on development frameworks and women.

Talking to development practitioners, we’ll be exploring people’s concerns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), from a women’s rights perspective. How have previous global frameworks helped progress for women, and what potential do the new SDGs offer to place women’s rights at the heart of development from now to 2030?
